About The Project
Led end-to-end experience design for the shift from automatic to an opt-in insurance model, aiming to reduce rising premium costs while maintaining trust and competitiveness. Partnered across Westpac and Allianz to design, test, and de-risk the new experience, balancing cost reduction, customer clarity and NPS protection.
Achievements
De-risked a major service model shift that prevented reputational & legal exposure, protecting customer trust & reducing churn risk.
Improved usability performance by 13 points (SUS 62 → 75) optimising onboarding & activation journeys.
