About The Project
Led a service transformation program to simplify and automate the annual mandatory training review process, reducing compliance risk and improving the employee experience. Through research and aligning with Learning Operations, I defined a future-state model to streamline governance, improve data accuracy, and clarify ownership.
Achievements
Established the first ever employee learning metrics, including accreditation management completion rates, time-to-complete, ownership accuracy, and rework tracking (LMS adoption and Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS)).
Targeting a reduction in manual effort across annual review workflows through clearer guidance and automation.
