About The Project
Designed the International Customers experience for Westpac, improving how people moving to and from Australia establish essential services (banking, government and everyday utilities). Conducted customer and frontline research, mapped end-to-end journeys across physical and digital channels, and developed service concepts that informed a backlog of 50+ initiatives to improve onboarding, service delivery and long-term customer growth.
Achievements
Launched 24 digital services, including a “Moving to Australia ” experience generating ~10,000 quarterly page visits.
