About The Project
Led an enterprise-wide records management transformation program to reduce physical storage costs, improve compliance, and streamline the end-to-end records lifecycle across Westpac and Iron Mountain systems. Through research, journey mapping, and cross-functional alignment, I identified systemic inefficiencies and delivered strategic recommendations that reduced operating costs, improved governance and significantly improved the end-to-end employee experience.

Identified ~$1.2M in productivity leakage across handling, retrieval, and re-lodgement activities, informing cost-reduction strategy.
