Contributed to the development of Westpac's First Nations Banking hub focused on improving financial inclusion, strengthening identification capability, and delivering inclusive digital experiences. Supported research, journey mapping, and strategic roadmap development to define future-state experiences that address structural barriers, enable wealth creation, and unlock long-term economic participation.
